HOW DO YOU PACKAGE ARTWORK?  

All artwork is professionally packaged to insure safe delivery. My production partners use variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, and others as needed to ship your fine art prints and merchandise. In some cases, when an artwork is so large that standard packaging is insufficient, a crate will be used. When I ship original paintings and limited editions, I use UPS. In all cases, you will receive an email with tracking information. A signature will be required for delivery.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?  

Shipping time for original paintings: Original paintings are packaged and shipped directly to you from my studio in Central Florida. I ship orders once a week. Once your painting is on its way, it should arrive 3-10 days later in the 48-contiguous states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. You'll get a tracking confirmation via email.

Shipping time for signed limited edition prints: These are also are packaged and shipped to you from my studio in Central Florida. However, because these are limited and I need to sign them personally, print production may take up to 10 days before I can sign it and then ship it. Once I do, it should arrive 3-10 days later in the 48-contiguous states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. 

Shipping time for open edition, and limited fine art prints and merchandise: My partners normally process your order and ship so you receive it within 3-10 days in the 48-contiguous states as well as Alaska and Hawaii. However, with raw material supply constraints and fuel costs it may take up to two weeks, longer if you live in a rural area. Please don't forget to make allowances for holidays, weekends, and unexpected weather conditions. We all appreciate your patience.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Original paintings and signed limited edition prints ship from Central Florida via UPS Ground or 2-Day Air only. Rates start at $11.50 and go up depending upon the size of your order. Most small to medium-sized artworks range from $12 - $80 to ship within the 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii and will take from 3-10 days to arrive. Orders of $2,000 or more, as well as international orders, are quoted on request. 

All open and limited edition reproductions ship from my print partner in Scotts Valley, California. Rates range from $20 - $600 to ship worldwide; shipping crates (if needed) are extra. Shipping rate is based on the size of your order. 

You will see your shipping charges in your shopping cart before you check out. 

Exceptions are: international orders for original paintings and limited edition prints, as well as orders totaling over $2,000. You'll get a notice advising you to request a shipping quote.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP? WHAT ABOUT VAT AND OTHER IMPORT FEES?    

We ship internationally except countries on the U.S. official list of embargoed countries. Shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii requires export paperwork and thus, special handling due to each country's import restrictions, VAT, and other fees. Shipping quotes are available for orders over $2,000 as well as for orders shipping to international destinations. You are responsible for paying applicable taxes and duty upon receiving your ordered artwork. 

MY SHIPMENT ARRIVED DAMAGED? WHAT DO I DO? 

My partners and I do our utmost to ensure that you order is packaged carefully and arrives safely at its destination. If your package arrives damaged, BEFORE OPENING IT, take a photo of the packaging, and if there is damage to the artwork PHOTOGRAPH THAT AS WELL, and send the images in an email along with your order number and purchase date. Keep all packaging and await for further instructions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS POLICY? 

I want you to be happy with the art that you've purchased. I strive to be fair and do what I can to resolve any issues. 

To help you decide, there are tools on the site that let you see how a piece of art will look in your actual space. Use the "Live Preview" option (the most accurate) or the "Wall Preview" you will find on each art work's page. To use "Live Preview" (Augmented Reality), you must be using a smartphone or tablet because it needs the camera. See the image below to find those features.

As a result, because those tools are available to you, all reproduction sales are final, unless they arrive damaged in transit or there's a quality issue in the reproduction. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return via email.

I make an exception for original paintings and limited editions. I consider accepting such returns in exchange for a different original painting or limited edition for the same or greater purchase price. I'm happy to discuss this, please email me with your phone number and I'll call you back. Many of my collectors start off collecting smaller works and later exchange them for larger ones. Note that any art work you ask me to exchange must be in pristine condition when it arrives back at my studio. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, and PayPal. For art commissions, I accept Zelle only. All pricing is in U.S. dollars. All product prices and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.
