Although you may read the word "we" or "our" or "us" a lot, it's only me and a handful of very well-known and trusted companies behind the scenes. As a sole proprietor artist whose passion is creating art. I'm using this website, email, print, and payment providers to share and sell my art in various forms. So if you join my email list, fill out a form to ask for help or information, subscribe to my newsletter, or order a work of art, my providers and I will be using the information you entered to fulfill your requests and communicate with you about those things.
I loathe spam. I respect me and you too much to subject either of us to the misery that comes with that. I'll never sell your information. Nor will I share your information with advertisers. I will only share it with those companies I use in order to fulfill orders I receive or communicate with my buyers and mailing list members. These companies are:
- My print provider is: Bay Photo Lab, 920 Disc Drive, Scotts Valley, CA, 95066
- My email management provider is: Mail Chimp, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave. NE 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308
- My website provider is: Art Storefronts, 6207 Bee Cave Rd, Suite 110, Austin, TX 78746
- My payment processors are: Stripe, PayPal, and Apple.
I encourage you to review these companies' websites for the privacy policies and T&Cs so you understand them. Because it's their security and infrastructures that we are both relying upon. My newsletters and emails are intended to alert you to information that I believe you'll find entertaining, educational, and timely because I include images, stories, events, specials, discounts, and contests that are related to my artwork. You are free to unsubscribe at any time, for any reason. You'll see an unsubscribe button on the bottom of every email you get from me.
Bottom line: your personal information is protected both online and offline by the above-mentioned well-known and respected companies.
